The peaks of Vestrahorn rise up from the back sand beaches in the south eastern corner of Iceland. It really does feel like the edge of the world, a place of jagged peaks and rolling waves. In winter, the sun rises in front of the peaks, painting them with the days first light, and here an aerial perspective from a drone captures the whole sweep of the peaks where the south and east coasts meet.
